Buying your car on EBay

You can pretty much sell anything on EBay these days. Currently there are over 60,000 cars and trucks for sale in their database. You can choose from thousands of different makes and models. This short guide will help you get a better understanding of EBay and how to use some of the options.

The first you should do is check out the tab "EBay Motors". This will give you only cars and trucks and will weed out everything else. On the left hand corner, you will be given options to narrow your search. These options include make, model, year and location. These are good enough if you live in a town or local area, but if you are in major city, you will need to narrow your search even more.

Another very good thing you can use eBay search for is comparing prices in your area. If you look on the left hand column further down, you will see an option to look at "completed listings". This will show you all the cars that have sold over the last few weeks and at what price. This is a great way to get an idea of what you can expect to pay for your specific car. Make sure to do a local search.

With these tips and a little research on your own, you should have no trouble finding the right car for you.
